School Rebuild Photo Roll Week 2012 July 2025 (by admin) |
Why not take a sneaky peak behind the rebuild fence with us!
During the last two weeks, the concrete on the ground floor has been completed, external wall panels have been added to the skeleton structure, and the second sheet layer of the roof has been started. The rear face of the building facing towards Russell Bank Road has now been almost wholly panelled, and the structure is really starting to look like a proper building.
In the coming 2 weeks the external wall cladding will continue to be applied, and the roof will continue to get its extra layers of insulation and protection from the elements.
The first 3 photos have been taken by a drone to show you a perspective on the whole building.......and no, that's not a swimming pool, as some of the children thought, it's the roof to the new hall space.
The last 2 photos show that we have had visitors who have left their mark on the wet concrete.......a prize for anyone who can work out who it was that was walking around the building during the night!

Keep your eyes peeled as we go through the weeks for more photos, as our new school continues to take shape!
